幼儿园早操活动开展的现状研究
摘要
幼儿园早操活动是幼儿在早晨开展以基本体操为主要内容且根据不同幼儿园早操创编动作的特点而进行的一种体育组织形式，是唤醒幼儿沉睡状态的一种很好的方式。本文结合文献法、观察法、访谈法对五所朝阳区一级一类公立幼儿园早操活动进行调查，文献中列举的现状与现实中观察到的现状是有一定差异的。笔者通过几种调查方法的结合，从幼儿园、早操活动本身因素、早操参与人员等方面对早操进行调查。早操活动没有呈现理想状态的主要因素，包括幼儿园自身对早操的重视度、早操活动音乐选择与动作创编、北京天气状况特殊等因素，导致幼儿晨间早操活动受到影响。本研究对影响幼儿早操活动的因素进行分析总结，并提出合理的参考性建议。

Abstract
The kindergarten children to carry out morning exercises is a form of sports organizations as the main content of the basic gymnastics and according to the different characteristics of the kindergarten and the arrangement of action exercises in the morning, is a good way to wake up the sleeping child. In this paper, the literature method, observation method, interview method of five Chaoyang District class a public kindergarten morning exercise activities, the literature cited in the status quo and the reality of the current situation is different. Through the combination of several methods of investigation, the author makes an investigation on the morning exercises from the aspects of the kindergarten, the morning exercise activity itself, the morning exercises and so on. The main factors of the ideal state does not appear on their morning exercises, including kindergarten exercises the importance of morning exercises, music choice and movement creation, Beijing special weather conditions and other factors, resulting in children's activities are affected by morning exercises. In this study, the factors that affect the early morning exercises are analyzed and summarized, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.
