摘 要

化学需氧量(COD)往往是衡量水中有机物质含量多少的首要指标。化学

需氧量越大,就说明水体受有机物的污染越严重。而硅藻土作为一种天然含结晶水非晶质二氧化硅的蛋白石,在污水处理方面有很大的作用,其具有吸附强,纳米微孔等特性。

本设计采用2mol/L的硫酸作为硅藻土的改性剂,在硫酸溶液中对硅藻土进行改性。并通过改变改性硅藻土的投加量、pH值和搅拌时间来确定最佳的实验条件,达到最佳的去除效果。最终研究得出,最佳投加量为4g/L,最佳pH值为5.0,最佳搅拌时间为25min。此时对废水中COD的去除率达到35.8%,去除效果较为理想。

ABSTRACT

Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is often measured leading indicator of how

much content of organic matter in water. Chemical oxygen demand (cod), the greater the water polluted by organic means that the more serious. Containing diatomite as a kind of natural water of crystallization of amorphous silicon dioxide opal, has great effect in wastewater treatment, it has strong adsorption, nanometer micropore characteristics.

This design USES 2 mol/L sulfuric acid as modifier of diatomaceous earth, in sulfuric acid solution for modified diatomite. And by changing the additive amount of modified diatomite, pH and stirring time to determine the optimal experimental conditions, the best removal effect. The final study, optimal dosing quantity of 4 g/L, the best pH value of 5.0, the best mixing time of 25 min. At this time of the removal rate of COD in wastewater reached 35.8%, get rid of the effect is more ideal.
