摘 要

随着时代的发展,数字电子技术已经普及到我们生活、工作、科研各个领域,本文将介绍一种数控稳压电源的设计。

该设计以80C51单片机为主控器,先输入给定电压,在微处理器控制下,进行D/A转换,D/A转换信号与LM317输出负反馈一起控制LM317的调整端,从而实现稳压的目标。设置步进等级可达0.1V,输出稳压电压范围为1.2V—10V 。

数字化智能电源模块是针对传统智能电源模块的不足提出的,有效地解决电源模块中诸如可靠性、智能化和产品一致性等工程问题,极大地提高生产效率和产品的可维护性。

Abstract

With the development of digital electronic technology has spread to our life、work、 research in various fields, this paper introduces a numerical power supply.

The design take the 80C51 monolithic integrated circuit as a master controller, first inputs an initial voltage, under the microprocessor control, carries on D/A to transform, the D/A change-over signal and the LM317 output negative feedback controls LM317 together the adjustment end, thus achieves the constant voltage goal. The establishment step-by-steps the rank to be possible to reach 0.1V, the output constant voltage voltage range is 1.2V-10V.

The digitized intelligence power source module is aims at the traditional intelligence power source module the insufficiency to propose that solves in effectively the power source module such as project questions and so on reliability、intellectualization and product uniformity, raises the production efficiency and the product maintainability enormously.
