基于组态王的小型污水处理厂的电气控制系统设计
摘要:本文研究的是基于组态王的小型污水处理厂的电气控制系统。对该系统的设计分为三个部分:一是下位机部分,完成现场设备的实时数据采集功能;二是现场总线部分,完成现场设备的实时数据的传输功能;三是上位机部分,实时数据处理分析和对设备运行的状态监控、实现电气设备的远程控制。基本框架思路:以单片机为主的现场智能控制器即下位机,对电机等的参数进行采集,采集的数据经RS-485总线通过MODBUS协议传输到上位机中,上位机对数据进行分析和处理再经过数据传输模块将命令下达到下位机中,以实现对现场设备的控制。按照污水处理相关工艺要求用组态软件对电气系统进行控制。 关键词:污水处理;组态王;电气控制

Based on kingview small sewage treatment plant of
electrical control system design
Abstract:This paper research is based on Kingview small sewage treatment plant of electric control system. The design of the system is divided into three parts: First, the lower machine part, real time data acquisition function to do the field devices; Second, field bus parts, complete field equipment real-time data transmission function; Third, PC part, real-time data processing analysis and the equipment running condition monitoring and the realization of the remote control of electrical equipment. The basic framework idea is, lower machine is mainly composed of single chip microcomputer, and the intelligent controller that is lower machine, on the parameters of the motor, such as acquisition, acquisition of data transmission through the MODBUS protocol by the RS-485 bus to the PC, PC for data analysis and processing through the data transmission module will be under orders to lower machine, in order to realize the control of the field device. In accordance with the relevant sewage treatment process requirement to control electrical system with configuration software. Keywords: Sewage Treatment; Kingview; Electric Control
