厂区位于山东省青岛市.

设计说明:本建筑结构设计使用年限50年,框架结构,基础上部结构及隔墙等荷载已经按照标准进行核算,这里直接采用组合数据进行基础受力验算。本设计按照假设基础尺寸对受力进行验算的过程,计算并确定基础形状和尺寸,配筋等,完成本设计任务。本建筑地处地址良好,地基基础设计等级为丙级,基础拟采用浅基础,采用柱下独立基础。 1.2工程建设条件

地中段偏南地带,区域稳定性良好,基岩为白垩系上统王氏群胶州组泥岩,上覆第四纪堆积物。

该场地土的标准冻结深度为0.49米。 1.2.1地形、地貌及地质构造

拟建场地地形较平坦,最大高差1.0米。地貌类型属河流冲积平原地貌。周围建筑物较远,对拟建建筑物不会造成不利影响。基岩埋深2.0米左右,性质单一,未发现断裂构造及其它不良地质作用。 1.2.2地基土岩土层的分布和性质

根据钻探资料,在勘察深度范围内,场区地基土自上而下可分为五个主要岩土层:

第一层,素填土(Q4ml):颜色为褐色,不均,堆积年限15年以是,未压实。天然重度为20.0Kn/m3,为高压缩性土层,主要成份为粘性土,含少量砂、碎石等。

该层为表层土,层顶面标高为0.50—0.70米,厚度0.3—0.4米,分布于

第二层,粉质粘土(Q4al):颜色为褐黄色,可塑。干强度中等,韧性中等,稍有光滑。含水量平均值(w)23.6%;液性指数平均值(iL)为0.45;天然孔隙比平均值(e)为0.701;压缩系数平均值为0.406。为中等压缩性土层。标准贯入试验测试值n=5—10击。

该层顶面埋深为0.3—0.4米,厚度为0.2—0.1米,层顶标高为1.0—1.30米,分布普遍。

第三层,中粗砂(Q4al):颜色以黄褐色为主,中密,饱和,分选较差,亚圆,颗粒主要矿物成份为石英、长石等浅色矿物。粘粒含量较小,含粉土夹层,中下部含砾石、卵石等。标准贯入试验测试值n=16—30击。

该层顶面埋深1.30—1.4米,厚度0.1—0.3米,分布普遍。 第四层,强风化泥岩(K2—E1wJ):颜色为褐黄色—褐灰色,全风化—强风化,细粒结构,块状构造,裂隙发育。主要沉积物颗粒粒径小于0.25mm,呈带棱角粒状,含粘土胶结物夹层,泥质胶结。由上到下,逐渐变硬,上部1.0米范围以内风化强烈,呈碎块状,手捻可碎,较难用岩芯钻钻进;1.0米以下以强风化为主,岩石坚硬程度等级为极软岩,完整程度等级为破碎,岩体基本质量等级为Ⅴ级,为差,含细砂岩夹层。标准贯入试验击数n=15—60击。

该层顶面埋深1.5—1.7米,厚度3.3—4.6米,分布普遍。

第五层,中风化泥岩(K2—E1wJ):褐灰色—褐黄色,中风化为主。场区基岩,层状结构,解理发育,天然单轴抗压强度标准值(frk)为5.0mPa,上部强度较小,底部强度较大。完整程度等级为较完整,坚硬程度等级为软岩,岩体基本质量等级为Ⅴ级,岩石质量指标RQd=70以上。

该层顶面埋深16.0—17.3米,分布普遍。厚度较大,未揭穿,最大入岩深度为8.0米。 1.2.3地下水特征

该场地环境水主要为地表水、孔隙潜水,勘察期间水位高程为1.5米
