房产中介管理系统的设计与实现
摘要：本论文对“房产中介管理系统”的设计思路和实现方法进行了阐述，以系统的开发过程和系统的功能实现为主线来论述数据库管理软件的开发。本系统用myEclipse8.5开发，数据库建模采用Powerdesigner开发，后台数据库采用mySQL。系统功能主要实现了用户信息的注册，注册用户发布、修改、删除出租、出售、求租、求购房源信息以及后台管理员对注册用户信息的管理、相关房源信息的管理，同时管理员也能对自身个人信息、密码进行修改。系统采用mVc模式，利用Jquery及ajax等技术对系统进行开发，实现用户与系统的友好交互。
