员工对待薪酬的满意度是员工满意程度的反映, 其高低直接影响员工的行为。国内外关于员工薪酬满意度的研究相对比较匮乏, 缺少量化的评价模型。因此, 研究影响员工薪酬满意度的影响因素, 准确地评估员工薪酬满意度现状, 进而寻求提高员工满意度的有效途径, 就显得至关重要。本文在分析员工薪酬满意度研究的重要性, 总结国内外员工满意度的研究成果, 阐述员工薪酬满意度相关概念和理论依据的基础上, 确定员工薪酬满意度评价指标体系。同时采用问卷调查法,对基层员工的薪酬满意度进行调查, 分析和评价基层员工薪酬满意度的总体情况及各评价因素和指标的满意情况, 最后在此基础上提出了重视薪酬管理机制和提高员工薪酬满意度的对策。
