液压机械无级变速器

摘 要

收获机是衡量一个国家农业发展的重要指标之一,而驱动部分是提高其工作效率和保证工作质量的关键因素。液压无级变系统是底盘驱动的心脏。由于收获机的工作条件恶劣,要求实现的动作复杂,于是它对液压系统的设计提出了很高的要求,其液压系统也是农业机械液压系统中比较复杂的。因此,对收获机液压系统的分析设计对推动我国农业机械的发展具有十分重要的意义。

本次研究的课题是液压机械无级变速系统(应用在收获机)。液压机械无级变速系统重要有两个系统组成:液压系统,实现无级调速;传动系统,实现换挡。其中液压系统采用液压闭式系统。传动系统利用多档变速箱实现其变速。从而适应收获机在不同条件下的驱动工作。

Hydraulic mechanical continuously variable system

ABSTRACT

Harvester is a measure of a country's agricultural development is an important indicator of the drive section is to improve its efficiency and guarantee the quality of the key factors.
