摘要
工程为北川县房管局安昌镇房管所棚户区改造安置房17#楼工程，工程为五跃六层，共三个单元，总户数24户。为框架结构,基地建筑面积：530.00㎡，总建筑面积：2305.72㎡。建筑物室内外高差为0.15m，建筑高度为19.90m，主体部分层数为6层，平屋顶。耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级为Ⅲ级，主体结构合理使用年限为50年。位于北川县安昌镇，具体位置见总平面定位图，抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度为0.15g，Ⅱ类场地，设计特征周期为0.4S，房屋安全等级为三级。工期为300天，开工时间在2015年6月19日，其中主体结构施工期占总工期的43—45%。
本工程是根据西南科技大学建筑经济管理专业毕业设计任务书的要求编写，本次设计包括工程概况，施工总体布置，施工进度计划安排，施工准备工作，现场总平面布置图，施工测量、定位放线，各分部分项工程施工方法及技术措施，质量保证措施，安全文明生产及季节性施工措施十部分内容。 关键词：施工组织设计砖；混结构；施工方案；项目复杂程度。
