The following discrepancies are not in accordance with the terms of our contract: 1. The L/C should be subject to UCP500. 2. The total amount in words should be “SAY U. S. DOLLARS THIRTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONLY”. 3. The destination port should be MONTREAL, not TORONTO. We shall appreciate it if you will modify promptly the L/C as requested.
