珠海移动员工绩效考评体系研究

内容摘要

当前正值移动互联网高速发展时期,传统通讯运营商在激烈的市场份额竞争的同时也要面对来自互联网络提供商的挑战,传统通讯运营商的转型势在必行。在转型的环境下通讯运营商如何吸引人、培养人、用好人,挖掘潜力,对此运营商的人才管理更加凸显其重要性。

本文引用珠海移动员工绩效考评体系作为研究案例来进一步说明绩效管理的重要。文章从珠海移动通过运用软管理和硬实施的方式来实行员工激励,逐步引出其绩效管理流程和运作机制,并且深入了解和分析其绩效考核工具的特点。在肯定该企业在绩效管理取得的成绩基础上,也指出其考核工具不完善的地方。最后根据其考核工具的不足提出基于作者的改善建议和完善措施。
