钢筋工程量毕业设计论文

摘 要

钢筋工程在建筑工程中占有很重要的位置,在整个工程造价中也占有很重要的比重。钢筋工程量计算的重要性在具体计算中需把握:图纸的理解、现场实践经验、规范与图集的学习、计算规则的运用,熟练应用钢筋计算软件。

无论是传统定额计价方式、过渡时期的多种计价方式、还是工程量清单计价方式,在工程造价的确定和控制过程中,工程量都是前提和基础。“钢筋工程量”则是工程量确定过程中最为繁琐的部分,因为这不仅需要识图及对规范、标准图集的深入理解,更需要对工程结构及力学知识、钢筋工程施工过程的相当了解。钢筋工程量的计算在工程造价确定的分工协作中常常是一个独立的分支,也是多数工程造价工作的核心工作之一。

在工程量清单计价方式下,实行量价分离。工程造价的核心竞争从“量”转移到组价水平(本质是企业管理水平),这对“量”的计算又提出了新的要求。要求更准确了,否则,对消耗量的分析和对“价”所做的工作将达不到目标,而钢筋工程量的计算比重占到了整个工程量计算的50%-60%,由此可见其重要性。

在本文中结合实际工作,对我们常会遇到的问题发表一些自己的看法,希望会对我们以后日常的工作能有所帮助。本文提出了在建筑工程中,应该怎样计算钢筋,计算钢筋都需要注意一些什么问题呢?如何不断提高技能的几点要求。

Abstract

The steel bar project holds the very important position in the architectural engineering, also holds the very important proportion in the entire building cost of projects. The steel bar resilience computation's importance must grasp in the concrete computation: The blueprint understanding, scene experience, the standard and the atlas study, computation rule's utilization, applies the steel bar computation software skilled。

Regardless of being the traditional fixed quantity valuation way, the transition period many kinds of valuation way, the resilience detailed list valuation way, in building cost of projects's determination and the controlled process, the resilience is the premise and the foundation. “the steel bar resilience” is in the resilience determination process the most tedious part, not only because this needs to know the chart and to standard, the standard atlas thorough understanding, needs to the engineering structure and mechanics knowledge, the steel bar project construction process relative understanding. The steel bar resilience's computation in the building cost of projects definite cooperation based on division of labor is an independent branch frequently, is also one of most building cost of projects work core work.

Under the resilience detailed list valuation way, implements the quantity price separation. Building cost of projects's core competition shifts from “the quantity” to the group price level (essence is business management level), this right “quantity” the computation also set the new request. The request has been more

accurate, otherwise, will cancel the work which the consumption quantity analysis and right “the price” will do the achieve object, but the steel bar resilience's computation proportion occupied the entire resilience computation 50%-60%, thus it can be seen its importance.

In this paper the union practical work, the question which meets to our Chang Hui expresses some own view, hoped that can later the daily work be able to have the help to us. This article proposed in the architectural engineering, how should calculate the steel bar, what questions calculates the steel bar to need to pay attention to some? How to enhance the skill unceasingly several requests.
