年产5.5万吨环氧乙烷工艺设计

摘 要

本文是对年产5.5万吨环氧乙烷合成工段的工艺设计。本设计依据环氧乙烷生产工段的工艺过程,在生产理论的基础上,制定合理可行的设计方案。

本文主要阐述了环氧乙烷在国民经济中的地位和作用、工业生产方法、生产原理、工艺流程。对主要设备如:混合器、反应器、环氧乙烷吸收塔、二氧化碳吸收系统,等进行物料衡算,对环氧乙烷反应器设备进行热量衡算,并对环氧乙烷反应器进行详细的设备计算和校核,确定操作参数、设备类型和材质,使用CAD绘制相应的工艺流程图,最后得出设备参数。

PROCESS DESIGN OF ETHYLENE OXIDE WITH

ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 55,000 TONS

ABSTRACT

The process of ethylene oxide with annual output of 5,5000 tons was designed in this paper. Based on the actual production process and production theory reasonable design scheme was developed.

The status and role of ethylene oxide in the national economy was discussed in this paper. Furthermore, the produce methods, the principle of produce and process were also interpred. Material balance of the main equipments, such as: the mixer, the reactor, the absorb tower of epoxyethane, and the absorb system of carbon dioxide have been calculated. Calculation of energy balance for the epoxyethane reactor were also carried out. Equipment calculations and checking of the reactor were carried on detail. The parameters, types and materials of the equipments were confirmed. Based upon, the high purity epoxyethane rectifier was draw using CAD. Finally, correspond measures for the production process were given.
