摘要
由于无机—有机材料的优越性,无机—有机材料在IC高集成电路板中得到广泛的应用。但是现在用于制造集成电路板的材料是以有机硅氧烷形成网状结构的有机化合物骨架,虽然能够解决高集成电路板对于材料物性的要求,但是热稳定性不高的缺点在批量生产中造成困难。基于这个问题,本实验研究合成乙烯化的多苯化合物作为无机—有机材料的单体,合成新的性能更加优越的材料。
以联苯及二苯醚为原料,通过三步反应完成多苯化合物的乙烯化。通过化学方法的定性分析及波谱分析能够判断及确定产物的官能团位置及结构。实验的重现性较好,能够作为合成以多苯化合物为单体的无机—有机材料的路径。

Synthesis and Characterizations of a compound organic
of 4,4′- Divinyl biphenyl
Abstract
Because the superiority of inorganic - organic material, inorganic - organic material in IC highly integrated circuit board widely applied. But now used in the manufacture of integrated circuit board of materials are as organic polymer alkanes monomer, although can solve highly integrated circuit board for material property requirements, but not high thermal stability of shortcoming in batch production caused difficulties. Based on this point, this experiment research base compounds to replace arylmethylidenecyanoacetate with the current material synthesis of new compounds, alkane function more superior materials.
With biphenyl and diphenyl ether as raw material, through the three-step reaction to complete more of the benzene compounds vinyl. Through the chemical method of qualitative analysis and spectrum analysis can judge and the determination of the location and the structure of the product functional groups. The experiment of good reproducibility, and can be used as in many synthesis benzene compounds as monomer inorganic-organic material of the path.
