实行计件工资制的计发
（1） 公司员工工资推行计件工资制，工厂生产的产品款式 多种多样。部分产品可能有很多道加
工工序，在这种情况下，通常不宜实行计件工资制，但在生产任务紧急时，要求工人加班，都是有制定加班费，在工序少，货量不够时，又无法保证员工的基本薪水，所以，公司采用以下薪资发放计算制度：公司计件以群体 计件为主，以产品包装容易度，由计划主管部门给出计划包装量，具体计件方式如下：
A: 按公司的在8小时工作时间内的计划工作量安排，
1：在8小时内完成工作量的，均计为正常计件工资。
2：在8小时外加班时间内完成的数量计相应工资，另外补加班补贴，并需按要求 完成工作量。
C: 因生产需要，公司安排加班生产完成的的其它增加量，圴计计件工资，并补加班补贴。 六． 计件测算基本方法
计件工资制的基本操作步骤如下： （1）计件/月薪工资的计算。
A、计件基本工资 = 计件产品件数*单价
B、加班补贴/工资 = 平日加班补贴/工资+周末补贴/工资+法定假日 C、绩 效 工 资 = 绩效工资基数*绩效系数
D、应付计件工资 =计件基本工资+加班计件工资+绩效工资+奖金 E、应付月薪薪资 =月薪基本工资+加班工资+绩效工资+全勤+奖金 F、代 扣 款 项 = 个税 +社保+其它代扣款 G、实付计件工资：1： 应付计件工 资 > 基本底薪
则 实付计件工资工资=年资+应付计件工资+底薪+职务+岗位津贴+技术津贴 2： 应付计件工资 < 基本底薪
则 实付计件工资工资=年资+基本底薪+底薪+职务+岗位津贴-代扣款项
（基本底薪+职务+岗位津贴 =保底工资）
（2）应付月薪薪资 = 年资+基本工资+加班工资/补贴（元）+绩效工资+奖金 实付月薪薪资 = 应付月薪薪资-代扣款项 （3）计件工资与计时工资底薪合理调配。
计件工资计算的主要依据是计件单价，即工人完成每一件产品的工资额。计价单价，由计划部门评定后报上及主管审核后执行。在工作调动时，计时工资与计件工资要合理调配。 计算公式如下：

2.若提前完成 产量, 将视情予以奖励。.
3.个人主观原因未能达到额定产量的,超时生产所用时间不计平日加班补贴/工资，生产的量计薪资.，若有超出计划量的，纳入平日计件工资。
件资单价=底薪÷21.75÷IE产能周期/8H 计件工资=件资单价×实际产量;
(4) 不良折扣：
产出之不良品造成的浪费,以不良品数量从良品件数中按不良品数50%的规则扣除相应的损耗.（设备异常及非人力所以掌控情况造成的不良除外）
3生产失误的 ○4批量不良另案规定处理. 不良品：①下一工序剔除的;②下一工段退货的;○
(5) 补时工资：
1．在当日生产计划中主要生产任务不足支持正常工作时间,当值人员分配到其它工作岗位予以
补充的,需有主管以上级干部签名确认的有效记录,计算补时后的计件工资.
2．因机械故障或其它因素影响到生产停滞1小时以上,作业人员接受其它工作安排的,可计算补
时工资。
3：因公司生产材料短料等原因造成生产停产的，正常工作时间 内 以底薪÷20.83÷8小时的
方式补小时工资，计入其它奖中。
4：若因不可抗拒的因素造成停产的，不予补时。
5：若因生产量增加或产品量短少, 补数类生产订单生产时,.按正常数量予以计件 补计工时 6：若有工作临时调动或因公误时的，需要为员工补时工资的并符合补时工资条件的,需有当事人和现场管理有效记录含有时间、地点、谁、做了什么、做了多少、完成结果的日报内容.并有主管以上级干部签名确认的。 否则补时工资无效。
补时金额 = 基本底薪÷21.75÷8H *误工时. 补 日工资 = 基本底薪÷21.75 （6） 计件工资的几种形式：
1.计件基本工资。计件工人按完成合格产品的数量和计件单价来支付工资；
2.加班计件工资。工人在规定工作时间内完成生产量，在加班时段内多完成的量，按国家规
定，以加班计件工资计 发的工资；
3..计件奖励工资。产品数量或质量达到某一水平，按规定完成80%以上，给予一定奖励；
