生态型城市的交通规划方法研究
摘要
近几十年，全球范围内城市化和工业化进程加快，但是由于传统城市采用了不科学的发展模式而导致了城市居民生活环境的严重恶化。在交通领域，人们面临着日益严重的交通拥挤、能源消耗、环境污染和生态破坏等问题，城市交通已经成为了经济社会进一步提高的制约因素。生态城市作为一种全新的城市发展模式，已经被公认为城市未来的发展方向。生态交通系统作为生态城市复合系统的一个子系统，在城市运行和发展过程中发挥着格外重要的作用。本文在分析国内外生态城市研究的基础上，着重研究了生态型城市的交通规划方法。首先对生态城市进行了介绍，然后对城市交通与土地利用关进行了探讨，分析了传统的交通规划方法不足之处，同时总结了交通需求预测模型的发展过程，并探讨其发展方向。在以上研究的基础上本文提出了生态交通系统的概念、内涵和特征，并结合未来能源、交通工具对交通系统影响的分析，提出了生态型城市交通规划的理论框架，这是在交通规划思想和方法上的突破。本文还从国外、国内两方面举例，介绍了一些比较成功的生态城市交通规划的实践。本文分别介绍了目前已出现的四种生态城市的交通规划方法，分析出各规划方法的特点和它们之间的联系之处。最后以上海市为例，采用交通生态足迹模型进行了实证研究，并结合上海市的经济社会现状对上海市如何建设生态交通系统从六个方面给出了自己的建议。

A STUDY ON TRANSPORTATION PLANNINGMETHODS
FOR ECOCITY
ABSTRACT
In recent decades, the worldwide urbanization and industrialization process accelerated, butthe traditional urban development modelwhich is unscientificled to serious deterioration of the urban residents' living environment.In the transportation field, people are faced with increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion, energy consumption, environmental pollution and ecological destruction,urban transport has become the constraints factor of the further improve of economy and society.The eco-city as a brand new urban development mode,has been recognized as the direction of future urban development.Ecological transport system plays a particularly important role in the city running and development process as a subsystem of the eco-city composite system.Based on the domestic and foreign study of the eco-city, this thesis is focused on the eco-city transportation planning methods.Firstly this paper introduces the eco-city, then explores the relationship between urban transport and land use, analyses the inadequacies of the traditional transport planning approach, and summarizes the development process of traffic demand forecasting model, as well as explores the direction of its development.According to the front research, the concept, meaning and characteristics of the ecological transport system is put forward. Combined with the traffic impact analysis of future energy and transport vehicles, theoretical framework of the ecological urban transport planning is proposed, which is the breakthrough of ideas and methods in transportation planning.Through some examples both home and abroad, this article also introduces some successful ecological urban transport planning practice. This paper introduces four new transport planning approaches and analyzes the characteristics of these planning methods as well as the links between them. Finally, an empirical study of transport ecological footprint model for shanghai is accomplished. Combined with Shanghai's economic and social status, this article gives some advices in six aspects for how to develop ecological transport system in Shanghai.
