摘 要
随着城轨车辆牵引动力的交流化和运行速度的提高,列车上的受控部件或控制装置也越来越多,控制和被控设备之间的协调和快速响应显得越来越重要。虽然现阶段城轨车辆大都引入了网络控制,但是由于硬线电路具有极高的可靠性和可维护性,因此在城轨车辆电气设计中仍然大量采用硬线电路来实现其牵引、制动、控制等功能。
本课题主要针对城轨车辆主电路、辅助电路及控制电路,如交流传动主电路、列车激活控制电路、司机室占有控制电路、受电弓控制电路、高速断路器控制电路、传动控制电路、驾驶模式控制电路等展开分析,指出其常见的故障现象,并详细说明故障排除的方法。

Abstract
With the traction of urban rail vehicle communication and the increase of the running speed, controlled component or control device on the train is also increasing, coordination between the control and the controlled device and fast response becomes more and more important. Although the present stage city rail vehicle mostly introduces network control, but because of hard line circuit with high reliability and maintainability, so in the electrical design of urban rail vehicles are still substantial use of hard line circuit to realize it , control and other things.
This topic mainly aims at the main circuit, the city rail vehicle auxiliary circuit and control circuit, such as the main circuit, AC drive train activation control circuit, control circuit, driver's cab occupies the pantograph control circuit,high speed circuit breaker control circuit, the transmission control circuit,driving mode control circuit analysis, points out the common faults, and detailed description of methods of troubleshooting.
