无热再生吸附式干燥机原理working principle:
SLAD系列无热再生吸附式压缩空气干燥机是一种利用多孔性固体物质表面的分子力来吸取气体中的水份,从而获得较低露点温度、更干燥、洁净气体的净化设备。
The heatless regenerated adsorption compressed air dryer adopts the porous solid to dry the compressed air. In this way, this purification equipment can get a more purifier and drier compressed air with much lower dew point.
根据变压吸附原理(PSA),利用干燥剂表面与空气中水蒸汽分压取得平衡的特性,将空气中的水分吸附,从而达到去除压缩空气中水份的目的。干燥机为双塔结构,当空气流经一个塔被干燥时,另一个塔则通以微量干燥压缩空气,采用降压、吹洗的方法,使已经吸附了水份的干燥剂进行解吸再生,即干燥剂解吸并将水份排出机外。双塔交替连续工作输出干燥洁净的压缩空气。其净化空气含水量可达露点-40℃以下,从而获得深度干燥的无水无油的高纯度的压缩空气满足用气的需要。
On basis of the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle, the desiccant adsorbs the water in the compressed air and gets rid of it. The dryer has a twin-tower structure. When one is drying, another one is refreshing by regeneration. The two towers are working continuously to provide the dry and clean compressed air. Its dew point can reach -40℃ to meet the high quality requirement of the user.
