摘 要

随着我国建筑市场的蓬勃发展,在地铁、房建等大型深基坑工程中越来越广泛地采用地下连续墙作为围护结构。地下连续墙是由间隔或连续浇注的钢筋混凝土墙段组成,通常两墙间的连接件是事先准备的各种形式端头模板。地下连续墙开挖技术起源于欧洲,它是根据打井和石油钻井使用泥浆和水下浇筑混凝土的方法而发展起来的,1950年在意大利米兰首次采用了护壁泥浆地下连续墙施工,20世纪50-60年代该项技术在西方发达国家及前苏联得到推广,成为地下工程和深基础施工中有效的技术。1958年我国水电部门首先在青岛丹子口水库用此技术修建了水坝防渗墙。如果作为基坑围护结构的地下连续墙发生渗漏水,不但会给基坑开挖和主体结构施工带来极为不利的影响,而且会导致基坑变形及周围建筑物沉降过大,严重时会发生基坑失稳、垮塌等安全事故,给工程各方带来极大的经济损失和社会影响。地下连续墙作为地下主体结构的组成部分,必须永久耐用、结构整体无渗、无漏、受力均衡。

ABSTRACT

With the booming construction market of China, in the subway, and other large deep foundation is becoming more widely used as a retaining structure underground continuous wall. Diaphragm wall is interval or continuous casting sections of reinforced concrete walls, usually the connection between the two pieces of the wall is prepared ends all forms of templates. Diaphragm wall excavation technology originated in Europe, it is based on use of wells and oil drilling mud and water pouring concrete methods developed in 1950 in Milan, Italy for the first time using slurry diaphragm wall construction of protective wall, the 20th century 50-60 years in Western countries and the former Soviet Union promoted as underground and deep foundation construction of effective technology. First, China's 1958 in Qingdao Dan bead reservoir dams built with this technology cut-off wall. If the envelope as the foundation of the underground continuous wall leakage of water, not only the excavation and the main structure will bring very negative impact on the construction, and will lead to foundation deformation and subsidence around the building is too large, and in severe Foundation instability occurs, collapse and other accidents, the parties to the project brought great economic losses and social impacts. Underground diaphragm wall as part of the main structure must be permanent and durable, the whole structure without penetration, seamless, force balance.
