我国商业银行个人住房贷款风险分析及对策研究

摘要:针对目前我国商业银行个人住房贷款的风险管理机制相对比较欠缺,而随着住房制度改革的不断深入,个人房贷逐渐成为住房金融重点。同时,个人住房贷款业务的快速发展必然会给商业银行带来巨大的潜在风险的现状。本文从个人住房贷款的风险特征及隐患的分析入手,进而完善房地产金融业发展的宏观环境、个人住房贷款担保和保险制度、个人信用体系以及加强商业银行自我发展的能力等多种途径,论述了对个人住房贷款存在的潜在风险进行有效防范的措施。
