复合绝缘子憎水性便携式测试仪
使用说明
一、 概述:
LLZSY-III复合绝缘子憎水性手持式测试系统采用便携式自动测试装置,喷水、拍照一次完成,采用图像处理技术,通过采集喷水后绝缘子表面的图片进行水珠识别、特征提取、最终进行分类,准确检测出复合绝缘子(含RTV)的憎水性等级。

三、 主要技术参数
1、主要特点:
(1) 便携式一体化测试装置,检测,喷水,拍照一次完成; (2) 可带电测试,实时检测外绝缘设备的憎水性特性。
(3) 基于机器视觉和计算机专家系统判别运行绝缘子憎水性状态,使绝缘子的憎水性的测试更加科学、统一;
(4) 建有测试结果数据管理库,可随时调用分析测试结果,具有自学习功能,使识别分类系统与现有人工分类实现无缝对接;
(5) 采用瑞典输电研究所提供的复合绝缘子表面憎水性等级判断的方法和标准。 2、技术参数
