起重机开式齿轮传动失效模式原因分析

摘 要：现代机械设备虽然种类繁多，形式多样，但齿轮传动仍然是目前被广泛采用的主要传动形式之一，齿轮的失效轻则影响起重机不能正常运行，重则酿成重大安全事故，危及人民群众的生命财产安全。本文简要介绍了开式齿轮传动和闭式齿轮传动的区别及齿轮传动的失效模式，主要分析开式齿轮传动的失效模式对起重机安全正常运行的影响。 关键词：起重机械；开式齿轮传动；失效模式

Abstract： Although there are many kinds and various forms of modern machinery， the gear transmission is still one of the main transmission forms which are widely used at present. The light failure of the gear will affect the crane's failure to operate normally. The weight of the gear will lead to a major safety accident， endangering the safety of the people's life and property.This paper briefly introduced the difference between open and closed gear transmission and the failure mode of the gear transmission. It mainly analyzed the effect of the failure mode of the open type gear transmission on the safe and normal operation of the crane.

近年来，我国高速公路建设的总里程位居世界第一。而高速公路等基础设施建设的过程中离不开起重机，其能实现短距离运输，且大大减轻了工作人员的体力劳动，提高了劳动生产率。齿轮传动是机械传动中应用最广泛的一种传动形式，其传动较为准确，效率高，结构紧凑，工作可靠，寿命长。在起重机上，常用齿轮传动减速或增大扭矩。因此，齿轮传动的失效必然会影响起重机的安全运行。
1 开式与闭式齿轮传动的区别及其失效模式
齿轮传动分为3种形式，即开式齿轮传动、半开式齿轮传动和闭式齿轮传动。其中，开式齿轮传动是指齿轮暴露在外，不能保证良好的润滑，不在封闭箱体的齿轮传动；半开式齿轮传
