11种中药对小鼠淋巴细胞活性及腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响(一) 【关键词】黄芩；,,蒺藜；,,罗布麻；,,淋巴细胞；,,巨噬细胞, 摘要：目的研究具有免疫调节作用的11种中药水提取物，对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活性以及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法采用体外检测不同浓度的11种中药水提取物对正常、ConA及LPS诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖作用的影响，运用中性红法检测巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果黄芩水提取物对正常淋巴细胞的增殖活性无明显影响，对ConA及LPS诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖活性有显著的抑制作用，其IC50分别为16.54，19.00μg/ml；蒺藜及罗布麻水提取物能够显著促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论黄芩水提取物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活性具有一定的调节作用，蒺藜及罗布麻对巨噬功能有一定的调节作用。 关键词：黄芩；蒺藜；罗布麻；淋巴细胞；巨噬细胞

糖尿病、原发性肾病、呼吸道变应性疾病、类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病是由自身组织抗原免疫应答过高或Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ型超敏反应引起的。其中淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、NK细胞等，参与自身免疫组织损伤。其中T细胞可以直接或间接地攻击靶组织而造成组织的损害；而B细胞功能亢进亦可增加组织损伤。另一方面，免疫缺陷病、肿瘤的治疗则需要通过增强机体免疫功能以获得较好的治疗效果，巨噬细胞通过吞噬外来抗原和体内产生的抗原物质在免疫系统中发挥着重要作用。因此研究药物对淋巴细胞增殖效应及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响，具有重要的意义。本次实验目的是探讨蒺藜、黄精、大青叶、女贞子、连翘、何首乌、吴茱萸、紫草、罗布麻、黄芩、姜黄等11种据文献报道〔1～6〕具有免疫调节作用的中药对正常、ConA及LPS诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖作用及其腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响，为进一步探讨药物的免疫作用机理奠定基础。 1材料
1.1动物昆明种雄性小鼠，体重18～20g，由吉林大学动物实验中心提供，合格证编号20030001。
