摘 要
本设计为达拉特旗张美厚露天煤矿开采设计,设计生产能力为0.60Mt/a,服务年限为30.5年。开采煤层为2—2上,3—2中,3—2下,其中2—2上和3—2下号煤层为长焰煤(CY41),3—2中为不粘煤(BN31)。开采保有储量为1893.5万吨,可采储量为1855.6万吨。本设计包括露天矿合理帮坡角的确定、开采境界的确定、露天矿生产能力、穿孔爆破、采装、运输、排土、总平面布置和复垦。
本设计平均剥采比为5.9m3/t,回采率为98%,基建期为 0.75年,基建量为84.7万m3。采掘场的最终帮坡角为35°,排土场最终帮坡角为33°。采用公路开拓中的移动坑线的开拓方式,拉沟位置设在矿区西北部,首采区工作线为“L”型,沿倾向推进。岩石台阶高度确定为10 m ,煤台阶高度为3 m ,排土台阶高度为20 m,外排土量为452万m3。煤、岩的采掘带宽度均为10m。
采用10台KQ—150型潜孔钻机穿孔,5台WD—200A型电铲采装,31台EQ3258VPJ型自卸卡车运输,7台T1—100型推土机排土。

The preliminary design of Dalateqi Zhangmeihou surface coal mine
with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons
Abstract
The subject is a design of Dalateqi Zhangmeihou surface coal mine with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons, the service life of the coal mine is 30.5 years. Coal mine seam 2—2上,3—2中,3—2下 are to be exploit, the coal 2—2上and 3—2下 are long flame coal of CY41, and 3—2中 is non-caking coal of BN31. The gross reserves is amount to 18,935,000 tons , recoverable reserves is 18,556,700 tons. The design includes some contents as follows:determining the slope safety angle of open-cut mine, the boundary of surface mining, productivity of open cut mine , drilling and blasting , loading, hauling, spoil dispoal, the general layout and reclamation.
The stripping ratio of this design is about 5.9 m3/t, the coefficient of recovery is 98%, the period of infrastructure lasts for 0.75 years, the capacity of infrastructure is of 847,000 m3. The final slope angle of mining field is 35°, the final slope angle for the dump is 33°. Using movement of ceilings alonging highway within the ditch for development, the location of pulling ditch is in the northwest area of the first mining area, the work line is designed like “L”, advancing to the direction of tilt. The rock benches are 10 meters high, the coal benches are 3meters, the height of dumping benches are 20meters , the capacity to be dumped is 4,520,000 m3, the width of the coal and the rock excavative zone are 10 meters.
Appling ten KQ—150 down-the-hole percussive drill for drilling holes, five WD—200A shovel for filling mining equipment, 31 EQ3258VPJ self discharging cars for transportation, seven T1—100 bulldozers for dumping.
