前 言

随着我国国民经济和电网建设的不断发展,我国的高压交流输电技术得到了迅速发展,目前,我国电网的最高运行电压等级从500kV发展到750kV。电网建设以科学发展观为指导,充分利用高新技术和先进设备,在加强现有电网技术改造和升级方面取得了较大的成果。许多新技术、新工艺和新材料正在得到广泛运用和大力推广,成为电网设计和建设中的重要组成部分。为了规范设计,统一标准,确保工程安全和工程造价合理,编制本规定。

本规定编制的指导思想是:贯彻电力建设基本方针,依靠科技进步和技术创新,认真落实安全可靠、先进适用、经济合理、环境友好的原则,体现设计方案的经济性、合理性。

本规定编制的技术原则:遵照DL/T 5092—1999《110~500kV架空送电线路设计技术规程》和参照Q/GDW 102—2003《750kV架空送电线路设计暂行技术规定》中的原则,并充分吸收规程颁发以来电力行业标准化、信息化研究推广应用的成果,在总结和分析的基础上编制而成。

本规定根据国家对环境保护的法律、法规,增设了环境保护章节。

本规定根据国家法规对劳动安全和工业卫生的要求,设置了劳动安全和工业卫生章节。

本规定根据电网建设中新技术、新工艺、新材料的应用,在路径、导线和地线、绝缘子和金具、杆塔结构等章节,增加了相关的内容。

本规定则体现了“基建为生产服务”的理念,认真研究生产运行提出的问题,在安全、经济、合理的基础上提出了适当的条文规定。

本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。

本规定主要编制单位:国家电网公司、中国电力工程顾问集团公司、华东电力设计院。 本规定参加编制单位:西北电力设计院。

110kV~750kV架空输电线路设计技术规定

1 范围

本规定规定了交流110kV~750kV架空输电线路的设计技术规定和要求,并提供了必要的数据和计算公式。适用于新建110kV、220kV、330kV、500kV和750kV交流输电线路设计,对已建线路的改造和扩建项目,可根据具体情况和运行经验参照本规定设计。 2 规范性引用文件
