摘要

所谓绿色造船,是一个综合考虑环境影响和资源利用效率的现代造船模式,借助各种先进技术不断创造新的建造模式、资源、工艺和组织等,从全生命周期的概念出发,始终贯彻绿色制造的理念。其目标是能经济地满足用户功能和使用性能的要求,使船舶从设计、制造、营运到退役报废回收的整个过程中,对空气、土壤和水体等环境的负面影响最少,资源耗费最少,且对劳动者(生产者和使用者) 具有良好保护,同时合理选择和使用海洋装备和物流装备制造材料以减少资源的浪费和污染。本文首先对船舶绿色制造技术进行了具体阐述,分析了目前我国船舶业绿色制造的现状,在此基础上,对船舶绿色制造技术进行了详细分析,主要包括加工工艺、焊接工艺和涂装工艺。最后针对绿色船舶制造技术的发展趋势进行了分析。

Abstract

The so-called green shipbuilding, is a comprehensive consideration of environmental impact and efficiency of the use of modern shipbuilding model, with a variety of advanced technology to create new construction models, resources, processes and organizations, from the concept of the whole life cycle, and always implement the green manufacturing The idea. In this paper, the green manufacturing technology of ship is expounded, and the present situation of green manufacturing in shipbuilding industry in China is analyzed. On this basis, the green manufacturing technology of ship is analyzed in detail, including processing technology, welding process and coating process. Finally, the development trend of green ship manufacturing technology is analyzed.
