糖果枕式包装机总体设计及横封切断装置设计

摘要:本课题是设计一台目前较为热门的糖果枕式包装机。在分析了包装机的基本

工作原理、特点及应用的基础上,对包装机的总体和横封切断装置做了相应的设计计算,完成了一套完整的机械设计过程。在总体设计中,主要是确定结构,分配传动。主传动部分是从电机减速机传到齿轮,通过一对齿轮传动带动主传动轴。然后由主传动轴来传递运动和动力。在该横封切断装置的结构设计中,主要采用了凸轮来控制封切头的间歇运动,由横封滑杆、回位弹簧和旋转凸轮三部分组成。凸轮采用柔性冲击轮廓曲线, 使得封口器在封口瞬间既降低了冲击又保证了封口性能。所设计的设备应结构简单、运转平稳,工作可靠,易于维修,能满足糖果包装要求,便于调整。

The Design of the General and Sealing and Trimming Mechanism of the Pillow-style Candy Packing Machine

abstract:This topic is about the popular pillow--style candy packing machine .After

analyzing the working theory , the features and the application of packing machine, on this base, it gives a corresponding calculation of the general and the cross sealing and trimming mechanism, completes a set of mechanical design process. In the general design, the emphasis is to decide the structure of the machine and the allocation of transmission ratio. The main theory of the transmission part is motors transmit the drive to the two gears which drives the main spindle and the spindle will transfer the movement and driving force. The cross sealing and trimming mechanism is composed of three parts, namely the sliding cross seal, the return spring and the cam which spins in work and causes the trimmer move intermittently. The cam uses flexible impact profile curve. With this kind of cam, it makes sealing device not only can reduce the impact but also ensure the sealing properties in the instant of sealing . According to the design described in this paper, the packing machine should be simple structure, steady operation and convenient maintenance.
