Delegates, staff: Hello! in the run-up to the Spring Festival, we held one session of four staff representatives Conference 2013-workshop, full back in 2012, careful analysis of the current situation, discuss 2013 development plans. Here, on behalf of my company 2013 work reports to the General Assembly, for consideration. Main indicators are as follows:-the battery indicator: power generation totaled 7.815 billion kWh, beyond the annual budget implementation capacity of 315 million kWh, an increase of 757 million kWh. Sales totaled 7.425 billion kWh, exceeding sales of 330 million kWh the annual Executive budget, an increase of 729 million kWh. --Security measures: unplanned outages 2.5 times. No personal injury accident occurred, no major accident and above, no major fire accidents without environmental pollution accidents, safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture. Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. --Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions performance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removaefficiency of more than 99.8%. --Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. Equivalent forced outage rate 0.08%, 0.16% reduction over the same period a year earlier. 我有幸参加了学校组织为期一个月的集体实习,学校安排我们去燕山石化、太重集团,北方风雷等等这些在中国甚至世界非常有影响力的工业企业参观实习,让我学到了许多书本以外的知识,受益非浅。

一、 中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司

2014年9月1号——5号,我们在燕山石化公司进行了实习。燕山分公司是中国特大型燃料-润滑油-化工原料型综合性炼油企业之一,拥有30多套生产装置。主要包括三大系统: ⑴三套常减压蒸馏装置能力为850万吨/年。

⑵燃料油生产装置。主要包括:三套重油催化裂化装置;中压加氢裂化装置,宽馏份重整装置;铂重整装置, 天然气制氢装置,汽油加氢装置, 柴油加氢精制装置,气体分馏装置,。 ⑶润滑油装置。主要生产装置包括70万吨/年丙烷脱沥青装置、52万吨/年酮苯脱蜡装置、两套糠醛精制装置、20万吨/年润滑油白土补充精制装置、6万吨/年石蜡加氢精制装置。 我们分别去到化七、化三、炼油二厂、炼油三、化一、炼油一厂六个厂区进行实习。 1、燕山石化化工七厂 1.1主要装置及产品 主要装置:制苯装置

产品:纯苯,同时可得到C5、C9、甲苯、抽余油、C8等重要的副产品。 1.2组成单元及具体设备

制苯装置的主要构成为加氢单元和抽提单元,加氢单元分为预分馏系统、脱砷系统、两段加氢系统、氢气压缩机系统、C8加氢系统和稳定塔系统;抽提单元分为精馏系统、抽提蒸馏系统和白土塔系统。 1.2.1预分馏系统

这个部分包括脱戊烷塔、脱砷反应器、预分馏塔和C8分离塔。 1.2.2脱砷系统

将原料中的砷脱除,主要包括混合器及脱砷反应器。 1.2.3两段加氢反应系统 1.2.4 C8加氢系统

C8加氢系统选用低温、活性高的钯(Pd)系催化剂,在比较缓和的条件下将C8中的双烯烃和苯乙烯加氢成为烷烃和乙苯。 1.2.5氢气压缩系统

氢气压缩机包括:补充氢压缩机和循环氢压缩机。 1.2.6精馏系统

其作用为C6、C7,馏分的分割及苯馏分的精馏。 1.2.7抽提系统

主要包括抽提蒸馏塔、汽提塔、非芳烃蒸馏塔及溶剂再生塔,是利用Ⅳ—甲酰基吗啉作溶剂进行抽提蒸馏,实现非芳烃与芳烃的分离。 1.2.8白土塔系统

包括白土塔及所属过滤器、换热器等,除去芳烃产品中的微量溶剂和分解物吗啉。 2、燕山石化化工三厂 2.1主要装置及产品

化工三厂主要生产装置为苯酚丙酮装置,主要产品为苯酚、丙酮和其他附加产品。 2.2组成单元及设备

3.1.1主要装置:常减压装置,催化裂化装置,汽柴油加氢装置

3.1.2常减压装置产品:常压系统:石脑油、重整原料、煤油、柴油等产品。

减压系统:润滑油馏分、催化裂化原料、加氢裂化原料、焦化原料、沥青原料、燃料油等。

催化裂化产品:汽油,柴油,液化气,干气和重油(油浆) 加氢装置:精制汽柴油 3.2组成单元及设备

3.2.1常减压装置是常压蒸馏和减压蒸馏两个装置的总称,主要包括三个工序:原油的脱盐、脱水;常压蒸馏;减压蒸馏。采用电脱盐-初馏塔-常压塔-减压塔的工艺路线。

3.2.2催化裂化装置主要由反应再生系统,分馏系统,吸收稳定系统和双脱系统余热锅炉组成。

4、燕山石化炼油三厂 4.1主要装置及产品

装置:常压蒸馏装置,丙烷装置,酮苯装置,糠醛装置,白土装置,石蜡成型装置。 产品:润滑油基础油,少量汽煤柴,石蜡,沥青,航天用基础油等。 4.2组成单元及设备

酮苯装置共分为轻油脱蜡,轻蜡脱油,重油脱蜡三套生产系统。按操作单元可分为结晶、过滤、真空泵、回收及冷冻五个操作单元。 5、燕山石化化工一厂 5.1主要装置及产品

装置:乙烯生产装置,乙醇生产装置

产品:乙烯、丙烯、氢气、液化气等,环氧乙醇、乙二醇 6、燕山石化炼油一厂

6.1主要装置及产品:三废联合处理装置,常减压装置

主要产品:液化气、石脑油、航煤、汽油、柴油、加氢尾油、石油焦、硫磺等

6.2组成单元及设备:常减压装置由电脱盐部分、初馏部分、常压部分、减压部分、原油换热网络部分、轻烃回收部分等六部分组成。

二、山西北方机械制造有限责任公司

1.五分厂(机械金工一厂)

金工一厂主要是生产大件的分厂,主要产品有火炮的炮管,炮尾;还包括炮管的铣外表,钻孔,磨光和镗孔等工艺。

炮管制作的工艺和加工流程:毛呸——成品——打压——热处理——物资供给处 2.十分厂,十六分厂(金工二厂,金工三厂)

金工二厂可承担成套设备的制造,大、中、小高难度零部件的加工及批量生产,各种机床的大、中、小机修。

金工三厂主要有车、铣、钻、镗、磨、制齿、花键加工等多种机械加工手段。 3.八,九分厂(山西风雷石油机械有限公司和山西风雷石油钻杆公司) 主要从事石油钻具的生产加工,属国内最大的石油钻具生产企业。 4. 十二分厂(山西诺凌机电设备有限责任公司)
