水泥乳化沥青砂浆暂行技术条件

前 言

CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道是通过水泥乳化沥青砂浆调整层将预制轨道板铺设在现场摊铺的支承层或现场浇注的钢筋混凝土底座上,并适应ZPW-2000轨道电路要求的纵连板式无碴轨道结构形式。

为指导客运专线铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆的生产、施工和质量检验,确保水泥乳化沥青砂浆施工质量,特制订本暂行技术条件。

本暂行技术条件依据CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆自主创新研究的最新成果、我国前期工程实践经验以及国内外其它有关标准和规范编制而成。

本暂行技术条件中附录A~附录L是规范性附录。

1 适用范围

本暂行技术条件适用于客运专线铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道用水泥乳化沥青砂浆(以下简称水泥沥青砂浆)。严寒地区用水泥沥青砂浆另行补充规定。

本暂行技术条件规定了CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥沥青砂浆及其原材料的技术要求、试验方法、施工工艺和质量检验等。

2 规范性引用文件

下列文件中的条款通过本技术条件的引用而成为本技术条件的条款。凡是注明日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本技术条件,然而,鼓励根据本技术条件达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注明日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本技术条件。
