摘要
企业的信息化主要是指企业在自身生产经营活动的各个阶段、各个方面采用计算机技术以及其他相应的现代信息技术以及软硬件设备等，实现企业生产经营活动的全面自动化。随着我国经济的不断发展，企业也实现了比较快速的发展，使相关的企业在各方面都有了比较大的改进，特别是在企业的信息化方面。企业的信息化也是伴随着我国社会信息化程度不断提升的背景之下的，是在我国不断朝着现代化、信息化迈进的前提和基础之上形成和发展的，就企业的信息化而言，必须以整个社会经济的信息化发展以及现代信息技术的改进和推广为发展方向。现今，我国的企业信息化发展比较快速，处于一个全新的发展阶段，虽然相对落后于世界发达国家的信息化水平，但是也不能够否认我国企业信息化程度的不断提升和发展。但是，在这种发展之下，我国企业的信息化管理还存在一定程度上的问题和不足之处，极大地抑制了我国相关企业的信息化发展。
为了进一步完善企业的信息化管理，提升相关企业的信息化利用程度，国内外开展了很多对于企业信息化管理方面的研究工作，以期在了解企业信息化管理的基础之上，深入挖掘其中主要存在的各种问题，并破恶习其中主要的原因，进而制定一些改进和应对策略，以便提升相关企业的信息化程度，完善其信息化管理。
本文主要开展关于我国企业信息化方面的研究工作，一方面，本文通过详细的阐述企业信息化的相关概念和内容，了解我国相关企业在信息化管理方面的实际现状，进而分析其中现金主要存在的问题；另一方面，本文还从实际分析的角度开展了对于广州广汽丰绿资源再生有限公司在信息化管理方面的现状及问题，并最终制定相应的改进策略，以期提升我国相关企业的信息化程度，完善其信息化管理体系。

Abstract
The informatization of the enterprise mainly refers to the enterprises in their own production and business activities of the various stages, various aspects of the computer technology and the other corresponding to the modern information technology and software and hardware equipment, realize the enterprise production and management activities of the comprehensive automation. With the constant development of our economy, enterprises are to achieve a relatively rapid development, so that the related enterprises in all aspects a quite big improvement, particularly in the enterprise informatization. Enterprise informatization is accompanied by China's social informatization level rising background, is to be in our country continuously toward modernization, informatization is the premise and basis of stride of the formation and development of the informatization of the enterprise, then, must be the whole social economy in the development of information technology and modern information technology improvement and promotion for the development of direction. Nowadays, our country enterprise informationization development is rapid, in a new development stage, although relatively lags behind the developed countries in the world of informatization level, but also can not deny that our country enterprise informatization level of continuous improvement and development. However, in this development, our country enterprise information management is still existing some problems and shortcomings, greatly suppressed the Chinese enterprise informatization development.
In order to further improve enterprise management, enhance enterprise informatization degree of utilization, the domestic and foreign development a lot of to enterprise information management work, with period in the understanding of enterprise information management on the basis of deep mining, which the main existing problems, and the main reason to break bad habits, and then make some improvement and response strategy, so as to enhance the correlation enterprise informationization, improve its information management.
