摘要
外贸行业所涉及到的单证包括销售订单，采购合同，托单，装箱单，报关单，发票等单证，将单证业务复杂的数据交由计算机系统来处理。通过信息化，提高了数据的准确性和及时性，单证自动生成，减少了单证员的工作量，提高了工作效率。在新的历史时期，运用新的具有先进管理理念的系统管理公司，提高工作效率，降低出错的机率，开发一套外贸单证管理系统具有很大的经济意义。
本论文针对单证管理从方便外贸企业出口单证制作和管理需要，对外贸单证系统进行了分析与设计。系统的主要功能有资料管理，单证管理，业务管理等，本设计很好地总结了外贸企业进出口单据之间的关系，充分发挥了计算机的组织管理能力，使外贸企业的出口单证制作工作从繁琐复杂，化为简单易用，管理工作从零乱不齐，化为有条有序，切实的实现了外贸企业单证工作的信息化管理。

ABSTRACT
For the documents of the international trade , including sales orders, procurement contracts, care orders, packing lists, declarations, invoices and other documents, will be handled by the computer system. Through the information to improve the accuracy and timeliness of data, documents automatically, reducing the workload of salesman, and improve work efficiency. In the new historical period, the use of new management concepts with advanced systems management company, improve efficiency and reduce the probability of error to develop a document management system of international trade has great economic significance.
This thesis focuses on document management to facilitate foreign trade enterprises from the production and management needs of export documents, documents of the foreign trade system analysis and design. The main function of the system has data management, document management, business management, the design of a good summary of the foreign trade import and export documents between enterprises, give full play to the organization and management of computer capacity, so that foreign companies export document production Working from the cumbersome and complex, into a simple to use, the management of missing from the disorder, into a bar and orderly, practical working documents of foreign trade enterprises to achieve information management.

1 绪论
1.1外贸单证系统发展背景和趋势
外贸单证管理的信息化是因为应用需求的提出而诞生的，进而因应用范围的扩大而发展，因电子商务是一场划时代的商务变革，通过管理的信息化，电子化，能够转变中小企业的工作方式，提高工作效率，提高企业科学决策水平，使得信息资源得到充分利用，降低管理和服务成本，其基本形式包括信息发布、内部办公自动化、网上交互式办公、部门间协调工作。随着电子商务信息化的不断加强，外贸单证管理的电子化是国际贸易实现电子数据交换的必由之路。
对外贸易的发展带来了全球贸易额的不断上升，这样不可避免地带来了各种贸易单证、文件数量的激增。据统计目前每一笔生意需要十几甚至几十份的纸面单证。全球每年的贸易不下亿笔，所以纸面文件的处理工作十分繁重，经常出现重复率高、错漏多、效率低、费用大等问题。而在市场竞争日益激烈的形势下，瞬息万变的市场促使进出口企业迫切需要提高商业文件的处理和传递速度。这种需求刺激了信息技术及其应用在国际贸易领域的飞速发展，并加快了以电子数据交换为目的的中小外贸企业单证信息化的形成。
基于以上种种电子商务背景原因，通过网络和计算机进行外贸单证制作和管理的技术得到了迅猛的发展。随着网络技术的突飞猛进，互联网的广泛普及的带更加让全球信息化的态势深入人心。与其他领域一样，在对外贸易中技术因素变得越来越重要，技术落后，就会丧失很多贸易机会，从而给对外贸易造成极大的影响，因此近些年，各国都在致力于无纸贸易的研究，使单证管理及单证信息交换技术得到了很大的发展
