1、设计资料

1.1、结构形式

某厂房跨度为18m,总长90m,柱距6m,采用梯形钢屋架、1.5×6.0m预应力混凝土大型屋面板,屋架铰支于钢筋混凝土柱上,上柱截面400×400,混凝土强度等级为C30,屋面坡度为i?1:10。地区计算温度高于-200C,无侵蚀性介质,地震设防烈度为7度,屋架下弦标高为18m;厂房内桥式吊车为2台150/30t(中级工作制),锻锤为2台5t。 1.2、屋架形式及选材

屋架跨度为18m,屋架形式、几何尺寸及内力系数如附图所示。屋架采用的钢材及焊条为:设计方案采用Q345钢,焊条为E50型。 1.3、荷载标准值(水平投影面计)
