宣城供电公司生产综合楼工程位于宣城市经济开发区，水阳江大道西侧，宝成路北侧，规划用地面积45771平方米。本工程为一期生产综合楼，建筑面积13137平方米。其中地上建筑面积9981平方米，地下建筑面积3156平方米。地上十一层，建筑总高度42.85米，地上11层，采用框架结构。

本工程共涉及到地基基础、主体、装饰装修、建筑屋面、建筑电气、建筑给排水、建筑节能共七个分部。
1、地基工程：
1）开挖前,对工程的定位放线进行复核,符合要求。
2）在开挖过程中，对土质进行检查无障碍物，异物，坑穴等。 3）土方开挖过程中,要求总包单位设专人检测边坡情况,监理做到每天到现场进行巡视检查。

2、基础工程
1）资料控制：钢筋及工程上所用材料进场履行报审手续，经抽样检测均为合格。
2）质量控制：钢筋加工、绑扎安装、隐检资料、模板安装等检验批资料与工程同步、真实、齐全，符合设计和规范要求。商品砼厂家资质、合格证经监理审查符合要求。技术复核资料（轴线、标高）齐全，符合设计要求。
3）施工工艺控制：砼浇筑有开盘申请，浇筑方案。监理进行旁站，记录齐全。砼采用浇水养护，基本到位。砼实体验收、尺寸、标高、表面观感符合要求。砼28天强度报告均达到合格标准。砌筑剪力墙的砖、水泥、砂的复试报告已齐全,达到合格标准，并出具砂浆配合比通知单。
4）材料严格履行报审制度，钢材质量证明书、检测报告齐全，监理旁站取样复试，合格后用于工程上。
3、主体工程
1）原材料控制：严把原材料关。对所有进场的钢筋、水泥、砼和砖等在工程上使用材料，检查了产品的出厂合格证、出厂检验报告并按规定批量在监理的见证取样下进行复试，合格后允许用在工程上。对不合格的材料，严禁用在工程上。
2）在施工过程中，我们现场监理实行“三控二管一协调”，采取现场巡视，平行检验和旁站监理的方式，监控工程质量。检查施工单
