一种常用起重机设计毕业设计论文

摘要

桥式起重机使厂矿等企业完成了机械化生产,缩减了繁多的体力劳动的设备。在一些连续性生产流程中他有事不可或缺的工艺设备。目前,桥式起重机已经被广泛应用在国民经济建设的各个领域,产品也已经形成了许多个系列。随着我国经济建设的发展,用户对其性能要求则越来越高,这就需要我们从其零件着手,优化其设计,来增强桥式起重机的综合经济效益。

本文主要介绍了抓斗式桥式起重机的整体设计过程和设计理论,描述了起重机在国内外的一些发展状况。其中主要设计了桥式起重机的运行机构和起升机构等,主要包括抓斗式桥式起重机小车运行机构的整体设计及传动机构的布置小车运行机构的计算大车运行机构的整体设计和桥架结构的设计计算等。还有轴承的选择联轴器的选择电动机的选择减速起的选择和校对。

本文的设计主要采用了文献资料法、软件设计法和讨论等结合了国内外起重机的研究发展状况参考了一些机械加工车间所使用的起重机性能参数从而系统的完成起重机的整体设计,还进行了大车和小车运行机构的相关计算以及验算,其中包括缓冲器、电动机、减速器以及联轴器的选择和验算,传动方案的选择,运行阻力的计算和起制动时间的验算等。

Abstract

Bridge crane to enable the realization of mechanical production of Factories and mines to reduce the importance of heavy equipment manual. In some of the continuity of the production process. It is essential for process equipment .It can be in plant ,warehouse use ,also son of the use of open-air yard ,is a most widely used mechanical crane. At present ,the bridge crane is widely used in various fields of national economic construction , the production has also formed a number of series .With the development of the economic construction, users increasingly high performance requirements .so its design requirements has become more . Which require us to proceed from the parts.

This article mainly introduced the entire design theory and design process of bridge crane , which elaborated domestic and foreign crane development status . Among of them , it focused on the design of the bridge crane operation of institutions and hoisting mechanism . The overall design hat mainly includes the integral design of bridge crane car mechanism and transmission ; the calculation of crane small car mechanism; the integral design of the cart mechanism ; and bridge structure design calculation ; and so on.

In addition, this paper involves bearing choice , coupling choice , motor choice , along with reducer choice and checking. In the design process of this paper, mainly adopts methods of documentation, methods of the design of hard ware , and discussion were used . Combined with the domestic and foreign research development . Referenced some machining workshop crane used performance parameters , thus the design of crane system was completed.
