止动片冲裁模具设计

摘 要

【摘要】止动片是机械设备上的止动零件,能够有效地解决各零件之间的定位问题。目前,在工业生产中普遍采用模具成形工艺方法,以提高产品的生产力和质量。此零件结果简单、尺寸小、精度要求较低,在大批量生产时,采用冲裁生产可以有效地保证冲压产品尺寸精度,使产品质量稳定。且在生产过程中不需要加热,具有生产效率高、质量好、成本低并且节约能源和原材料等一系列优点。

本文介绍了止动片冲裁模具设计的具体过程,包括工件的工艺性分析、冲压工艺方案的确定以及工艺计算、模具工作零件计算、模具结构设计等。通过对零件的方案选择、拍样设计、压力计算和刃口计算,得出凹凸模等主要零件的尺寸精度要求,依照国标选取合适的凹凸模及其它零件。再根据各部分的尺寸精度要求,编制主要零件的加工工艺,并绘制出整个模具的装配图和部分零件图。本设计由于零件需要采用的是正装式复合模,卸料采用弹性卸料装置;出件采用推件装置;送料采用导料销和挡料销的定位方式。 【关键词】止动片;冲压;模具。

Abstract

【ABSTRACT】Stopper film is a moving parts on machinery, which can effectively solve the problem of the positioning between the parts.At present, widely used in industrial production method of die forming technology to improve productivity and product quality.The results of this part is simple, small size, low precision, in mass production, the use of stamping production stamping products can effectively ensure dimensional accuracy, product quality and stability.And in the production process does not require heating, with high efficiency, good quality, low cost and saving energy and raw materials and a series of advantages.

This article describes the design of the stopper piece punching die specific process, including analysis of the process the workpiece, stamping process to determine the program, process calculation, mold parts and the die structure design calculations.By choicing the part of the

program,the design of nesting, the calculation of edge and pressure to reach the conclusion about precision the size of the main parts,for example the bump die,in accordance with the national standard select the appropriate bump die and other parts. According to the size of precision parts, I drow up the processing technology of the main part and map out the whole part of the mold assembly and part drawings.Stop action film die design,selection of composite mold is inverted,discharge elastic unloading equipment;the parts are pushed pieces of equipment;feed material by guide pin positioning pin and gauge mode. 【KEYWORDS】stopper film; stamping; die.
