1、工程概况
皇茶大道K0+960-K1+100挖方路段为构造剥蚀丘陵地貌，本段横穿一小山丘坡脚，地形起伏较大，地面高程625～665米，土体覆盖层较薄，岩层与土层接触面倾角较大，地表水下渗至岩层层面，形成一软弱带，受人类工程活动的影响，在滑坡前缘开挖形成临空面，不利于坡体自身稳定性，导致坡面岩层层面产生蠕动变形，地表形成多条裂缝，如不进行处治将形成牵引式滑坡。
本治理工程总体设计为：在路基左侧设置抗滑桩及挡土墙进行支挡，根据滑坡各剖面推力情况和滑面埋深情况，分段设置防护形式分别为：
①K0+960-K0+998段在滑面以下按1:0.75放坡，在滑面处设置2.5米宽的平台，平台后设置抗滑挡墙，边坡采用M7.5浆砌人字形骨架防护。
②K0+998-K1+100段在碎落台左边缘设置抗滑桩，桩长11～16米不等，截面分为1.75*2.25米、1.5*2.0米两种形式，桩间设普通挡土墙，桩间距为6.0米（中心-中心）。抗滑桩均为C25钢筋混凝土，挡土墙为C20卵石混凝土。
地表截排水工程在滑坡后缘布置1条截水沟，截水沟总长258米，截面为40cm*60cm的半梯形结构，截水沟位置为滑坡后缘外不小于3米。
