摘要:本文采用PLC作为主控制器设计一套自动正次品分拣控制系统,

主要包括以下几部分内容。首先,分析本次设计的背景以及工程实践意义,同时分析了解目前国内外工业自动化控制的发展现状。其次,分析自动分拣系统的机构和工作原理,并在此基础上提出控制指标,设计控制系统的整体方案。再次,根据设计的整体控制方案,设计系统的硬件原理图,主要包括PLC的选型、I/O分配以及接口电路设计等几个方面。最后,根据硬件电路图设计系统的软件控制程序,采用梯形图语言。

ABSTRACT:This article USES the PLC as the main controller design is a set of automatic defect sorting control system, mainly includes the following sections. First of all, analyses the design of the background and significance of engineering practice, at the same time, the development of industrial automation control at home and abroad is analyzed, and the status quo. Secondly, analysis the mechanism and working principle of automatic sorting system, and put forward control index, on the basis of the design of the control system scheme as a whole. Again, according to the design of the overall control scheme, the design of hardware schematic diagram of the system, including the selection of PLC, I/O distribution and interface circuit design and so on several aspects. Finally, according to the hardware circuit diagram design software of the system control program, using ladder diagram language.
