这是用来询问职业的常用句型，意为“某人做什么的？” ，当主语为第三人称单数时，助动词用does.
其答语通常为：主语+be动词+ a/an +表示职业的名词. 例：——What does your father do？
——He is an artist.
——What do you do？
——I am a basketball player.
