Abstract

Many successful enterprises¡¯experience indicates that human resource is the most important resource and the key production element in organizations.Talented person brings enterprise core competitive power and competitive advantages in the future.The importance of repecting,training and protecting talented person is recognized by almost all modern enterprise especially by insurance company because that human resource dominates whether the enterprise can win in competition. Nowadays,with the rapid development of insurance business,the quantity and quality of talents in insurance determines the success or not of the whole industry.Thus the purpose of this paper is to find the reason of talents transferring and carry out the way to solve this problem. The full text of the main flow from the study of the origin of human resources, analyzing the theoretical basis to study the practice of my business - the insurance company Ping An of China's Tangshan support personnel to stay out of the inflow and the current situation and the reasons put forward countermeasures,this paper points out strategy to solve talents transferring problem in insurance company.The strategy is to select and use talents in right way and establish the excellent business culture.The insurance industry can finally realize healthy and continues development.
