我国城市湿地公园建设现状与对策

摘 要：概述了国内外城市湿地公园建设进展，分析了我国城市湿地公园在建设过程中存在的问题，即人工痕迹强、同质化严重、文化缺位和侵占稻田等，提出了遵从自然环境和场地特征、开辟多种渠道和经营方式、传承地域文化和场地精神、营造稻田肌理和大地景观等促进我国城市湿地公园发展的建议。

（College of Horticulture， Nanjing Agricultural University， Nanjing 210095， PRC） Abstract： This paper reviews the research progress in the construction of urban wetland parks at home and abroad， and analyzes the problems existing in the construction process in China， such as obvious artificial signs， serious homogenization， lacking of culture and appropriating paddy fields； and puts forward several suggestions on the development of urban wetland parks in China， e.g. complying with the natural environment and local features， opening up diversified channels and business operation modes， inheriting regional culture and local spirit， and creating paddy field outlines as well as earth landscape.

城市湿地公园是以湿地景观为主体，具有保护生物多样性、维持湿地生态系统稳定和提供生态服务等功能，以开展科普教育、休闲游览和生态保护等为主要活动内容，并被纳入城市绿地系统规划的公园。
城市湿地公园具备湿地的功能和特征，是湿地保护和合理利用的一种成功模式，有利于实现绿地的可持续发展，有着良好的生态效益。同时，城市湿地公园提供了休闲的游憩环境，将生态功能与美学价值统一协调，体现了社会效益和经济效益。推动我国城市湿地公园的建设对于湿地保护意义重大。
