本建筑位于南京市,是一个综合大厦,总共2层,1层为商铺,2层为商业办公室。总高度10米,总占地面积1178.6平方米。通过经济性和技术性比较选择了风冷机组作为冷热源。针对各房间的位置和功能不同,对于办公室等一些使用较为灵活的小房间,采用风机盘管加独立新风的半集中式系统,可以实现较为灵活的控制。风机盘管加新风系统的空气调节方式,通过计算确定了各房间的送风状态和送风量。本文对空调系统的消声减振及保温做了一定的讨论,防火排烟也做了补充说明。 关键词 综合大厦 风机盘管加新风系统 半集中式系统 空气调节

Title Design of central air conditioning system for comprehensive building in Nanjing Abstract This building located in Nanjing is a comprehensive building, it total has two layers, one layer is all of shops and two layer is many commercial offices. The total height is ten meters and all cover an area of 1178.6 square meters. Taking economic and technical in consideration ,so we choose air-cooled chiller as the cold and heat source at now. For the position and function of each room is different, some rooms such as the small offices, using a centralized system of fan coil unit and fresh air, can control more flexible. Fan coil system with independent fresh air way, each room air condition and air supply volume is determined by computing. In this paper, the silencing and damping on the air conditioning system and the heat is discussed,and fire and smoke is supplemented instructions too.
