我们理化生教研组全体教师团结协作、勇挑重担、努力学习、刻苦钻研在教育教学工作中取得了较大的成绩。首先，在学期之初，我们就制定了较好较详尽的教研组计划、确立了明确的教育教学目标，并明确提出：要在过去取得的一些成绩的基础上，再创佳绩，再攀新高；其次，在教育教学过程中，我们时时刻刻注意修正、提高、完善我们的计划和目标，并投入了极大的热情和非常的努力，发挥了集体和个人的多重作用，取得了较好的效果；最后，我们还对本年度的工作作了全面的、系统的、深刻的总结，决心发扬我们的成绩，克服我们的缺点，勤奋学习、努力工作，争取在新的一年里取得更大的进步。我们组这一学期工作总结如下：
一、团结协作、乐于奉献
我们组的老师特点是“中青”二结合，传帮带是我们组的特色。在公开示教活动的听评课中，一人上课、全组出动，个个都是好帮手。
二、不断学习、更新理念
首先，以学习理念为先导。平时组织的各种学习新理论的活动中，教师都认真听讲、详细记录。在此基础上教研组组织全组教师认真学习了《理化生课程标准》，并进行了“课改精神”、“课程理念”、“课程目标”和“实施意见”的专题讨论。在学习和活动中，我们逐步对课改中新的教学理念有了更明确的认识。
其次．在教研中转变教学理念。能不能把课改精神落实到课堂中去是课改成败的一个关键，怎样把新的教学理念附注在教学实践中越来越成为了我组每位教师急待解决的问题。为此教研组采取了一系列的相关措施，例如全组教师的集体备课，相互听课，对重点章节内容组织公开教学和相互评课等。这样的教研活动气氛热烈、效果明显，教师的教学理念和实践能力都得到了较大程度的提高。并且教师这种高涨的教研热情也影响到了学生，许多学生积极帮教师进行课前准备和组织同学课后讨论，学生对课改教材的学习越来越显示出了浓厚的兴趣。这使我们真正认识到了“教、学相长”的作用。

最后、以公开课为锲机，不断升华教学理念。为了使课改工作不断上台阶，我们十分重视公开课，因为我们相信公开课的开设较好地检验教师的教学理念和教学能力，逐步提高教研组的战斗力。通过集体备课对公开课设计了几套相对合理的方案，并组织了试教，之后组织教师评课讨论。同时借助这样的机会我们多次邀请教研员进行指导。教师们的课改热情也越来越大。
三、问题和反思
教师相对较少，相互交流的机会相对就少，不得于教师的提高警惕．同进配套的教具匮乏，教师在教学过程是教具制作，实验配套上的工作量较大．与新教材内容相配套的教学参考书和试题相对短缺．另外，做好学科间的知识整合也是我们要认真思考和解决的问题．评价机制也比较模糊，一定程度上影响了教学的研究和开展。
四、今后的措施
积极搜集反馈意见，加强备改检查力量，积极开展听评课活动．不断深化教学改革．开展分层教学的尝试，使每一个学生都有学习的经历．继续开拓学生的视野，多开展一些课外活动，提高学生的创新意识，加强知识的应用能力．利用网络资源收集教学素材，把教研组的建设和课改推上一个新的台阶。
