摘要
目前，世界经济正处在工业化向信息化转型的时期。信息技术革命给传统的政府公共服务传递提出了严峻的挑战，信息化政务是时代的选择。本文试图从政府公共服务的各个方面，来全面剖析信息技术在其中发挥的作用。
