本节课是分与合单元最后一个新授课，由于前面学生已经学习
了2~5、6、7的分与合、8、9的分与合，再学习类似内容，学生可能会没觉得新鲜感，但是这一节课又显得十分重要，因为10的分与合是用“凑十法”教学进位加法和用“凑十法”教学退位减法的基础。所以，基于以上两个冲突，我在教学时，组织学生多样化的学习，让学生在多样化的学习活动中感受学习数学的快乐，学好本节课。为了突出重点，突破难点，在教学方法上我主要采用情境教学和引探教学法。
一、创设情境 、导入新课。
这一环节我创设了猴妈妈带猴宝宝到果园里收果，请学生帮忙分9只猴宝宝的生活情境，把学生从严肃的课堂气氛中带入到实际生活中，以此来调动学生学习的积极性，使学生产生强烈的学习欲望，从而形成良好的学习动机，为学习10的分与合教学作了很好的铺垫。 二、 主动探索、学习新知。

在练习巩固的“想想做做”中的习题，我以智慧闯关游戏活动， 因为一年级的学生刚从幼儿园过渡到小学，他们注意的稳定性和持久性较差，所以这一环节我利用课件设计了五关闯关游戏，再次激发学生参与学习的积极性。例如：学唱儿歌谁最棒，猜一猜、摘果游戏、芝麻开门、开火车。让学生在愉快的情境中有效巩固了10的分与合，集知识性、趣味性、活动性为一体，使学生在知识和情感反面达到双重升华。
在课堂作业中，我发现：学生基本上会做有关10的分与合的练习，（只有两个学生由于智力问题没能掌握），并能有次序的记住10的分与合。我认为本节课能突破教学重难点。
不足之处：学生的个性没有得到充分的发挥。在上新课的环节怕维持不了纪律，没能让学生进行讨论，今后要逐步改变，在教学中要让学生学会在合作交流中学习。
今后打算：我将进一步加强自身的业务知识水平，并加强学生的教学常规训练。
