摘 要
通过调查分析,进行新课改的学校存在下列问题:每周课时数远远超标,教学方法陈旧,学生积极性不高,教材及习题处理不妥当。我们提出要转化教学理念,从以教师为中心,转为以学生为中心,充分发挥学生的自主性、创造性,体现教学的开放性,促进学生自主学习。
我在平时的教学实践中作了一些有益的探索,每一节课要体现:问题性,对话性,互助性。努力做到:正确认识数学教学的本质,建立与新课程相适应的教育理念 ; 以学生发展为本,指导学生合理选择课程、制定学习计划;帮助学生打好基础,发展能力注重联系;提高对数学整体的认识改善教与学的方式,使学生主动地学习。
为了体现这一理念,我进行了:函数教学研究,向量与三角函数教学研究,立体几何教学研究,概率与统计的教学研究不等式教学研究。这样实施后,虽然短期内改善学生的成绩效果不明显,但是长期坚持下来的确对学生的成绩有很大提高。
最后,经认真思考提出课题试验存在的问题及反思。 关键词:高中 数学 新课程 教学研究

Abstract
Through investigation and analysis of the new curriculum of the school the following problems: the number of hours per week is far from excessive, outdated teaching methods, students are not enthusiastic about, teaching materials and exercises are not properly handled. We propose to transforming teaching philosophy, from teacher-centered, student-centered into full play to the students of the autonomy, creativity, reflecting the openness of teaching, and promote independent learning.
My teaching practice in the usual made some useful exploration, each class should reflect: problem solving, dialogue, mutual help. Efforts to: a correct understanding of the nature of mathematics teaching, and establish a new philosophy of education adapted curriculum; development of students, reasonable choice of courses to guide students to develop learning programs; help students lay a solid foundation, ability to focus on the development of contact; improve the overall understanding of mathematics teaching and learning methods enable students to learn.
To reflect this idea, I did: teaching and research functions, vector and trigonometric teaching and
research, teaching and research in solid geometry, probability and statistics teaching and research inequality teaching. This implementation, although the short-term effect is not obvious to improve student achievement, but indeed a long stick with it, has greatly improved student achievement. Finally, issues raised by the serious thought and reflection test problems.
