电动汽车驱动控制系统设计与研究

摘 要

电动汽车代表一种新型清洁能源汽车,具有无污染,高效清洁,噪声低的特点。而四轮独立驱动电动汽车是电动汽车行业发展的重要方向,其关键技术研究主要包括驱动控制系统、整车控制和稳定性控制。汽车驱动控制技术是制约其发展的至关重要技术,因其理想的控制特性和广阔的应用前景,已经成为研究热点。

文章分析了电动汽车的国内外发展现状,对一些驱动控制方案的若干问题做了理论及其实际研究分析,设计出了以数字信号处理器和单片机的作为核心的驱动控制系统。主要有以下几个部分:首先,本文分析了电动汽车的国内外发展现状及四轮独立驱动技术的特点,而且研究了电动车永磁无刷直流电机的选择及控制方法;其次,为了实现良好的动力性能和操控稳定性,设计了四轮独立驱动的驱动控制研究方案;然后,在此研究方案的基础上,进行了基于DSP和单片机的多CPU控制(包括软、硬件设计)的整车驱动控制系统设计;最后,通过基于滑移率的模糊控制最优法,对电动汽车车轮滑移率进行实时有效地精确检测调控,实现对电动汽车驱动系统的操控灵活性及稳定性控制。

The study and design of electric vehicle drive control system

Abstract

Electric cars on behalf of a new type of clean energy vehicles, has no pollution, high efficiency cleaning, low noise characteristics. The four-wheel independent drive EV is the important direction of the electric car industry development, and the key technology research mainly includes the drive control system, the vehicle control system and stability control system. The electric vehicle drive control technology is crucial that limit the development of the technology, because of its ideal control properties and broad application prospects, has become a hot research topic. Four-wheel independent drive electric vehicle are analyzed in this paper the status quo at home and abroad, the four-wheel independent drive electric vehicle control system of DSP and MCU more CPU done related research on several issues, do to drive control system theory and the practical analysis. The following mainly four parts:

The passage first analyzes the current situation of the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad and the characteristics of four-wheel independent drive technology, the electric car permanent magnet brushless DC motor selection, control method and electric vehicle dynamic characteristics of the corresponding research. Secondly,In order to achieve good dynamic performance and control stability, and design a four-wheel independent drive control study plan. and has carried on the simulation and experimental validation to the overall system. Then on the basis of the research plan, carries on the multiple CPU control based on DSP , including software and hardware design, the vehicle drive control system design. Finally, by the optimal method of fuzzy control based on slip ratio, the electric car wheel slip ratio in real-time accurate detection control effectively, realize the control of electric vehicle drive system flexibility and stability control.
