随着我国经济和科学技术的不断发展,现代物流技术在我国也得到了很大的提高,特别是作为现代物流技术典范的自动化仓库技术尤其令人关注。自动化立体仓库,是实现物流系统合理化的关键。它具有空间利用率高、便于实现自动化管理、实时自动结算库存货物种类和数量、立体仓库信息库可以和中央计算机系统联网运行等许多优点。对加快物流速度、提高劳动生产率、降低生产成本都有重要意义。本文运用方案对比优化的方法,对各种方案进行理论和计算的分析,提出了采用低层分离式自动化立体仓库的方案,根据设计说明书的参数要求,认为采用该方案可以造价低,交货短,最大效率地实现货物的出入库和存储操作。构建了由低层巷道式双轨堆垛机,托盘货架以及周边机械构成的分离式自动化立体仓库系统。通过对各种方案的分析计算对比,得出了采用分离式自动化立体仓库的结论。

According to the design specification of the parameters required. Consider that the use of the program can be low cost, short delivery, the goods to achieve maximum efficiency out of storage and storage operations. The lower roadway was constructed by the dual stacker.
