摘 要
该课题对昆山商业综合楼进行建筑电气与智能化系统设计,全文分为五章,分别是绪论、10kV降压变电所设计、照明系统、电力系统、火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统设计。
课题主要说明了建筑电气与智能化系统设计中各个系统的设计原则、设备型号选型、具体的施工安装方案等。绪论简要地介绍了变电所的发展趋势、该设计的工程概况以及工作内容。10kV降压变电所系统设计,采用需要系数法确定计算负荷,根据计算负荷选取变压器容量及导线电缆、高低压侧一次设备。照明系统设计采用利用系数法研究综合楼各房间照度,进行正常照明和应急照明系统的设计。电力系统的设计主要是给其他专业的设备供电,选择合适的配电箱及导线电缆。火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统设计,其设计重点在于选择和布置火灾探测器,按照消防联动要求将各消防设备组成一个完整的系统。
本工程是由3名同学组成的团队设计,小组成员分工合作,相互协调,完成整套建筑电气与智能化设计图纸,本设计部分完成10kV降压变电所设计图纸及照明、电力、消防图纸共17张。

Abstract
This paper in Kunshan commercial complex electrical and intelligent building system design, the full text is divided into five chapters, respectively is introduction, including 10 kV step-down substation design, lighting system, power system, automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system design.
Thesis mainly expounds the construction of each system in the design of electrical and intelligent design basis, principle, equipment type selection, the overall scheme of installation, etc. The introduction briefly introduces the development trend of the substation, the design of engineering survey and work tasks. 10 kVstep-down substation system design, need coefficient method is adopted to define the load calculation, selecting transformer capacity and computational load according to the wire cable, high and low voltage side of the device at a time. Lighting system design of each room illumination utilization coefficient method is used to study complex building, with normal lighting and emergency lighting system design. Automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system design, emphasis on its design.
This project design is composed of three students team, team members, division of labor cooperation, coordinate with each other, building a complete set of electrical and intelligent design drawings, the partially completed 10 kv step-down substation design drawings and lighting, electric power, fire drawings, a total of 17.
