表 工作前安全风险辨析及预控措施表

序号 安全风险 预控措施 施工现场必须做好安全围蔽措施,防止外人进入工作区域,人员必须穿工作服,正确佩戴安全帽,杆塔上作业时要使用绳索传递工器具、材料 检查各桩锚、临锚是否牢固,检查受力点拉线、临时拉线或撑杆的受力情况并设专人监护。随着导线应力的不断增加,及时调校拉线或临时拉线 临时拉线使用的钢丝绳要按安全系数选取,使用的花篮或双钩要锁固防止回松 1 物体打击 紧线前,应检查紧线工具及设备是否良好 紧线前,应检查导、地线及接线管、接线头在过滑轮、横担、树枝、房屋等有无卡住的现象 施工人员不得跨在导、地线上或站在内角侧 导、地线经过滑轮牵引有一定的应力,剪切时要做防范措施,防止导线回弹伤人 严禁带张力突然剪断导、地线 上杆前应先检查脚扣、升降板、安全带、梯子等是否完整牢固 施工人员登杆时应穿软底鞋并清除湿泥,如攀登脚钉时,应检查脚钉是否牢2 高处坠落 固,手执角钢登杆(塔) 作业人员不能背带长重物上落杆塔 安全带应系在电杆及牢固的构件上,杆塔上作业转位时,不得失去安全带保 检查结果
