国内外民间资本参与旧城改造融资模式比较研究

摘要： 引导民间资本参与旧城改造，是近年来实践和研究的热点之一，英、美、法等国家在这方面的尝试较早，既有成功的经验，也有惨痛的教训。在对民间资本参与旧城改造的国外做法进行对比分析的基础上，提出促进我国民间资本参与旧城改造的政策建议。 Abstract： Guiding the private capital to participate in urban renewal is a hot topic in practice and research in recent years. Britain， the United States， France and other countries in this area tried sooner than China， they had successful experience and bitter lessons. On the basis of the comparison between China and abroad， Putting forward policy suggestions to promote the private capital to participate in the urban renewal in China. 关键词： 民间资本；旧城改造；融资模式

1 国外民间资本参与旧城改造融资模式
